Brandon Steinbrecher
Creative Director | Immersive Designer | Builder of Worlds
Brandon Steinbrecher is a multidisciplinary creative director, scenic artist, and builder with over a decade of experience crafting immersive environments for theme parks, festivals, and experiential spaces. His work bridges art and engineering—blending storytelling, craftsmanship, and interactivity to transport people into worlds of wonder.
As a co-founder of Duende Builds, Brandon helped design and fabricate large-scale interactive installations at nearly every major music festival in America, including Burning Man (Honorarium Grant), Electric Forest, EDC, Hulaween, Lightning in a Bottle, and more. He later served as Creative Lead for Insomniac Events’ Art Operations Department, directing layout, installation, and creative integration across massive art zones and stages.
Brandon’s portfolio extends beyond festivals—he has designed and built over 100 themed Airbnb environments throughout Orlando, combining imaginative storytelling with high-quality scenic craftsmanship. His work with Metro Finishes includes carving and painting scenic elements for Universal’s Epic Universe, contributing to How to Train Your Dragon Land, Harry Potter, and multiple themed restaurants and facades.
From off-grid homes and artistic installations to interactive attractions and commercial experiences, Brandon’s work reflects a dedication to creating spaces that inspire connection, curiosity, and awe.
